One week off sugar and 5lbs weight loss. I will take it. I am crossing my fingers for next week and of course, I am closing my mouth to sugar as well.
I made avocado pasta and I will probably have it 2 to 4 times a month forever! Recipe is here. In the they used 3oz of spelt and 3 oz of Kamut spaghetti. I used brown rice pasta from Trader Joe's.

I also made stuffed portobello mushrooms with quinoa. Recipe here. I did not have any rosemary so I omitted it and I used walnuts instead of white beans.
I put the portobello on top of the arugula salad and the avocado pasta on the side. Like I said my best meal in a week.
Today I consumed:
1 stuffed portobello
avocado pasta - twice
arugula salad
2 glasses of Mocha Banana Frappuccino
lots of water
Nothing is sweeter than you!
