Day 23 of no Sugar - Ice Cream


Hello,
I found something fantastic.  It is fudge bars made with coconut milk and no sugar added.  Only 1 gram of sugar per bar and 8 grams of fiber.  They are delicious.  I hope to see them in other flavors but if this is all they come out with it is fine with me.
However if you would like to make them yourself I have found a recipe I am going to try when I make some room in my freezer.  I currently have a side by side refrigerator and it is too small.  If it were larger I would be totally happy with it.  I am grateful I have a refrigerator so I will leave it at that.


The recipe is right here.  The recipe has maple syrup in it but if you do not want added sugar you can use some stevia extract drops.

Today I consumed:
4 bananas
1 orange
2 pears
4 Ezekiel bread slices
1.5 oz of goat cream cheese

Nothing is sweeter than you!
